**Job Description**
We are seeking experienced Finish Carpenters with good experience in carpentry, particularly finish carpentry. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience and must be safety conscious, equipped with their own basic tools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform finish carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
+ Work across various locations in the greater Milwaukee area or at the Germania building downtown Milwaukee.
+ Ensure transportation reliability for traveling to job sites and receive compensation for distances over 30 miles.
+ Collaborate on projects, including restaurant and retail store settings, if applicable.
+ Adhere to safety protocols and standards throughout all tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of experience in carpentry, specifically finish carpentry.
+ Proficiency in kitchen and bath remodels, trim work, and cabinet installation.
+ Possession of basic carpentry tools such as hammers, tape measures, and chalk lines.
+ Strong safety awareness and commitment to safety protocols.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with restaurant and retail store carpentry is advantageous.
+ Living in Milwaukee city is a plus for projects at the Germania building.
+ A candidate with experience from a kitchen and bath remodeler is ideal.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to answer behavioral-based questions effectively.
