Construction Laborer**
**Job Description**
The Production Team Member will assist in all aspects of manufacturing precast beams and hollow core product lines. This role involves interpreting blueprints as guides to measure, mark, and build structural components. Following instructions and pre-established guidelines, the Production Team Member aims to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in manufacturing precast beams and hollow core products.
+ Interpret blueprints to accurately measure and mark structural components.
+ Build structural components according to blueprints.
+ Adhere to company safety, quality, and productivity targets.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in construction and general production work.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools.
+ Knowledge of concrete construction and concrete form.
+ Ability to read blueprints.
+ Capability to read tape measure accurately.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to lift 50-75lbs regularly.
+ Experience working with rebar.
+ Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
+ Pass drug test (5 panel w/THC) & physical examination.
