**Overview**

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, contributing to various tasks that support the overall construction process. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

**Duties**

- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for construction projects.

- Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.

- Follow instructions from supervisors and lead workers to complete tasks efficiently.

- Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, and assisting with framing.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

**Skills**

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

- Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools is preferred but not required.

- Ability to follow directions accurately and work well in a team setting.

- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.

- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.

- Familiarity with safety regulations in the construction industry is a plus.
