**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled fabricator to join our team. This role involves cutting and fitting various sizes of metal for welders, preparing all metal pieces into different jigs, grinding welds, and using blueprints and schematics to fabricate products according to customer orders. You will operate presses and are responsible for the daily cleaning of your work area. This is a very physical job that requires being on your feet all day and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.

**Responsibilities**

+ Cut and fit different sizes of metal for welders.

+ Prepare metal pieces into different jigs for welders.

+ Grind welds as part of the fabrication process.

+ Use blueprints and schematics to fabricate products according to orders.

+ Operate presses for various fabrication tasks.

+ Clean up the work area daily.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in fabrication, blueprint reading, and assembly.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ 3+ years of experience in custom fabrication working off blueprints.

**Work Environment**

This role requires working in an unheated machine shop, standing for 8+ hours a day, and involves a high level of physical activity.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
