Our client, a well-established manufacturer of automation equipment

located in Lincolnshire, IL, is currently seeking an experienced **MIG &

TIG Welder/Fabricator** with strong **manual machining skills**.\

**Position Summary**\

The successful candidate will be responsible for:\

- Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints with a high degree of

accuracy\

- Fabricating precision components from stainless steel and various

metals\

- Maintaining tolerances within .001 inches during manual machining

operations\

- Performing high-quality MIG and TIG welding on fabricated parts\

- Operating manual machining tools to create custom components for

automation systems\

- Driving a forklift to load and move raw materials and finished

products\

\

**Ideal Candidate Background**\

- Prior experience in a small-to-mid-size manufacturing environment\

- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, hands-on role\

- Ability to multitask and shift between welding and machining

operations\

- Forklift operation experience required\
