Carpenter

Looking for a highly skilled jack of all trades type.
This is a full-time position, not looking for subcontractors.
Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in residential construction.

I am a small but busy construction company looking to hire someone skilled in most aspects of residential construction.
We do jobs from start to finish meaning we do the demo, framing, electric plumbing, sheetrock, spackle, trim, tile, flooring, painting, everything.
Most of the work is renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, general repair work pretty much every aspect of residential construction.
The work is Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a half hour lunch break.
Weekends are not required but available.
We mostly work in Ocean and Monmouth County.

!You must have!
Pick-up truck/work van.
Chopsaw, tablesaw, skilsaw, sawzall, multitool, tile saw, drills, nail guns 18ga 23ga framer.
Do not call me if you have a SUV or car!
Pick up truck/work van is an absolute must!

You must be able to be on time daily.
You must be able to work and get along with other people.
You must be able to work unsupervised and complete projects on time.
You must be able to get materials/supplies occasionally. I dont expect you to load your vehicle full of sheet rock and 2x4s
