Seeking a reliable, hands-on worker for part-time groundskeeping and maintenance duties. One weekend day is required. Tasks include manual lifting, basic carpentry, tool use, and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
*General repairs
*Carpentry: build/repair shelves, fences, gates, etc.
*Perform inspections and preventive maintenance
*Follow work orders and/or verbal instructions
*Ensure safety compliance and provide daily progress updates

Requirements:
*Basic carpentry and tool skills
*Ability to read and write English and follow instructions
*Valid CA drivers license/background check
*Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
*Physically fit (able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights)
*Available on weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
