Laborer

Plant/Maintain trees, shrubs, perennials, grass. Perform duties to include but not limited to: lay sod, mow,

trim, fertilize, rake, plant, water, dig. hand weed, install mulch and soil. Use a variety of hand

tools/equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, backpack blowers and power edger. Maintain irrigation

systems, including winterizing the systems and starting them up in spring. Install drainage systems, irrigation

systems, retaining walls, Haul or spread topsoil or other landscaping bulk materials. Maintain equipment or

systems to ensure proper functioning. Snow shovel by hand and spread salt by hand. Hang and remove

holiday and seasonal lighting and decorations. Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
