**Position Description**

As a valuable member of our team as a Carpenter, youll complete a wide

range of tasks as directed by your foreman. Some of these tasks include

building, erecting, installing, and repairing forms, structures, and

other fixtures made from wood and other materials as well asform

carpentry, rough carpentry and finish carpentry tasks.

**Position Requirements** **Essential Functions:**

- Set form-work for walls

- Paving and suspended deck

- Metal stud wall framing

- Assembly and installation of rough framing

- Hang drywall

- Set windows, doors, frames and hardware

- Install trim and casing

- Install wood blocking, fiber reinforced panels, toilet partitions

and accessories

- Set windows

**Requirements:**

To succeed as Carpenter, an individual must be able totakedirection and

work with others as a team; follow company safety policies and

participate in safety training programs; perform tasks using methods and

procedures based upon skill level; and demonstrate the ability to

maintain and operate tools and equipment such as circular saws, table

saws, jig saws, reciprocating saws, routers, nail guns, power actuated

guns, hammer drills, and drills. **Must have 1+ years experience with

form work.**

**Working Conditions:**

- Standing and walking for long periods

- Lifting in excess of 40 lbs

- Working inside and outside in all weather and temperature conditions

- Varying noise levels that require ear protection

- Working in cramped quarters
