Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent - Custom Residential position include: Minimum of 5 years' experience in custom residential construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role. Strong coordination skills for managing subcontractors and trade schedules. Proficiency in JobTread, Adobe, Google Workspace, and Render for reporting and documentation. Bilingual communication skills preferred to manage diverse crews effectively. Ability to oversee multiple job sites, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Must be highly organized with strong daily log, photo documentation, and reporting abilities. Responsible for field execution onlyno billing, invoicing, or purchase orders required. Local travel to various job sites across the Houston area; company vehicle provided. Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
