Manufacturing Scheduler Details:

Direct Hire position

$45,000.00 to $65,000.00 /annually

First Shift

Master Schedule Planning: Develop and maintain master production and shipping schedules across multiple product lines, aligning with project milestones and client requirements.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate daily with Estimating, Production Leaders, Project Managers, and Logistics to align timelines, resources, and dependencies.

Real-Time Monitoring: Track order intake, production progress, and shipment readiness; identify and resolve bottlenecks or schedule risks proactively.

Process Documentation: Create and update workflow documentation for mold fabrication, manufacturing, finishing, crating, staging, and delivery.

Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance data to improve schedule accuracy, reduce lead times, and enhance overall production efficiency.

Precision-oriented and able to manage large volumes of detailed scheduling inputs.

Independently organized with the ability to self-direct and prioritize under pressure.

Problem-solver with a bias for action and continuous improvement.

Experienced in project planning and adapting to evolving deadlines.

Strong communicator and effective collaborator across departments.

Results-driven with a continuous focus on efficiency and process enhancement.

Manufacturing Scheduler Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in scheduling and workflow tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ERP systems).

Strong data analysis, blueprint reading, and documentation skills.

Demonstrated experience managing production schedules in manufacturing or construction environments (preferred).

Familiarity with Gantt charting and real-time scheduling software.

Quick learner with the ability to implement new digital tools and processes.

Concrete Vision: Part tracking and scheduling

Smartsheet: Gantt chart creation and task coordination

Google Drive: Shared documentation and collaboration

Microsoft Office Suite: Business and reporting tools

Bluebeam: Drawing review and markup
