Senior Civil Engineer

Attention all Senior Civil Engineers! We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, in a permanent staff position. To start you will be required to work full time (5 days a week) from our client's office in either London or Sevenoaks, this will then change to a hybrid working model after 3 months. This is a great opportunity to lead an experienced team on exciting housing development projects. -Competitive salary ranging from 50,000-55,000 (depending on experience). -Introductory bonus scheme, personal car lease scheme, and BUPA company care scheme. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and manage the design and delivery of housing design projects from concept to construction. -Prepare and review detailed drawings, calculations, and technical specifications. -Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination. -Mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development activities. What we are looking for: Essential: -Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. -Must be chartered or near chartered. -Must have extensive experience leading teams and projects. -Highways & Drainage experience as well as knowledge of S278/38. -Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Civil 3D and AutoCAD. -Confident communicator with experience working in multidisciplinary teams. Desirable: -Flood risk assessment experience is beneficial but not essential
