Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Some Saturdays Required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in construction and estimating to oversee a variety of building projects in the Shreveport area. This role involves managing all phases of construction, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects from planning to completion.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals based on plans, specifications, and site conditions.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance through regular site visits.
Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Manage change orders, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong background in estimating and cost control.
Proficiency in project management and estimating software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (Associates degree with experience considered).
Preferred Skills:
OSHA certification or other safety training.
Experience with both residential and commercial construction.
Knowledge of local permitting and inspection processes.
