Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project.
- Lead and manage a project team of approximately ten people, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Oversee project financials, including managing budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring profitability.
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, vendor pay applications, and change orders.
- Assist in the preparation and development of project proposals and bids for new work opportunities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget targets.
- Foster a work environment that emphasizes quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience for a General Contractor (GC)
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects with multi-million-dollar budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, mechanical engineering, or related field is a plus, but not required
