Now Hiring: Electricians & Low Voltage Electricians - Canton, MS

Looking to work on a cutting-edge data center project? CCS Construction Staffing is seeking top-tier Electricians and Low Voltage Electricians in the Canton, MS area. This is long-term work with room to grow. If you're dependable, drug-free, and committed to your craft, we want you on our crew.

We're hiring skilled tradespeople who can:

• Commit to a full-time 40-hour workweek

• Operate effectively on an active job site

• Pass a drug screen and work safely at all times

Journeyman Electricians - Responsibilities:

• Install and terminate power wiring for servers, switchgear, UPS systems, PDUs, and backup generators

• Read blueprints, one-lines, risers, and panel schedules

• Perform NEC and NFPA 70E-compliant load calculations

• Install and test grounding systems, EMT/RGS conduit, and cable trays

• Troubleshoot 480V 3-phase and low-voltage systems

• Supervise apprentices and enforce safety standards on site

Apprentice Electricians - Responsibilities:

• Pull wire and install conduit under journeyman supervision (EMT, MC)

• Assist with electrical device installs, junction boxes, and hardware

• Learn to read basic schematics and understand data center layouts

• Maintain tool inventory and keep workspaces clean

• Follow all safety protocols and receive training on hot aisle/cold aisle systems

Tareas para Oficiales Electricistas:

• Cableado de servidores, interruptores, generadores de respaldo, sistemas UPS y mas

• Lectura de planos y cumplimiento de codigos electricos

• Instalacion de bandejas de cables, conductos EMT/RGS y sistemas de puesta a tierra

• Reparaciones de sistemas de 480V y bajo voltaje

• Supervision de ayudantes

Tareas para Aprendices:

• Tirar cable y ayudar con instalacion de conductos (EMT, MC)

• Asistir con la instalacion de dispositivos electricos

• Aprender a leer esquemas electricos

• Mantener herramientas y limpieza en el sitio

• Cumplir con entrenamientos de seguridad del centro de datos
