Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Brownsburg, IN. We're looking for dependable, motivated mechanics who can handle all phases of HVAC installation and ductwork safely and efficiently.

Work Scope Includes:

Installing, hanging, and fabricating sheet metal ductwork

Setting HVAC units, curbs, and supports as needed

Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and layouts

Following all site safety protocols and keeping the work area clean and organized

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC installation experience

Proven experience with hanging ductwork and installing HVAC systems

Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
