Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Electricians for a school renovation project in Duncanville, TX. This role requires English-speaking electricians with 3-4 years of experience who can perform standard electrical tasks and help lead apprentices on-site. A background check is required due to the nature of the project.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting with leadership and supervision of apprentices

• Pulling wire, setting fixtures, installing and removing lighting

• Performing general electrical duties related to school renovation

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical layouts

• Maintaining a clean and safe job site

• Communicating clearly with the team and foreman

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of commercial electrical experience

• Must speak English fluently

• Comfortable helping to lead less-experienced workers

• Skilled in rough-in, wire pulls, fixture install/removal

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Must pass a background check (school project requirement)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
