Cost Estimator

Vita Cabinetry is currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Cost Estimator to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing historical data to accurately estimate costs for a variety of remodeling and construction projects. This role requires consulting with clients, vendors, and internal teams to discuss project requirements, gather necessary information, and formulate comprehensive cost estimates. The candidate will be expected to analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and related documentation to determine material, labor, and time requirements. The ability to prepare thorough and precise cost breakdowns is essential. A Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering or Construction Management is required, along with at least 12 months of experience in the role offered or in a related position such as Construction Manager, Engineer, or Engineering Technician.
