Property Walkthrough Inspector / Hybrid Handyman $200 pay per 9-5 image 1 of 1 compensation: $200 per day We are a fast-growing property management company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Walkthrough Inspector/handyman in the Charlotte area. This role is a hybrid position requiring both property video walkthroughs and handyman work. Job Responsibilities: Visit properties for move-out inspections, rental turnovers, or pre-sale walkthroughs Take video walkthroughs using WhatsApp and follow a provided inspection checklist Note issues (repairs needed, damages, missing parts, etc.) and report to office Complete repairs such as installing smoke detectors, changing locks, patching holes, or minor trash removal all things handyman you will go to vacant homes and tenant occupied homes Maintain punctuality and clear communication with dispatch Submit all video and photo documentation same-day Requirements: Must live in or near Charlotte Must own a smartphone and download WhatsApp for dispatch work orders and inspections Must have reliable transportation Suv, Truck or similar vehicle Basic handyman tools (drill, screwdriver, patch kits, etc.) Must be able to follow instructions and document work thoroughly Clean, professional appearance; respectful of tenants and property managers Must be reliable Must download WhatsApp Required: 3-5 years Experience as a handyman, field technician, or maintenance worker Familiarity with rental turnover work or inspection processes Ability to work flexible hours and respond to short-notice jobs Must go through a background check Must pick up materials Must be presentable Compensation: 1099 subcontractor position - paid weekly $200 per day plus gas reimbursment After 6 months we will evaluate and give bonuses quarterly but must have good attendance, minimum callbacks Apply Now!
