The Construction Drafter will play a vital role in producing detailed drawings and technical plans used throughout all phases of construction. Working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, you will transform design concepts and field notes into precise construction documents that meet code and client requirements.

Essential Functions and Duties:
Create detailed construction drawings, floor plans, and elevations
Revise drawings as needed to reflect changes, field conditions, or client feedback
Ensure all drawings are in compliance with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and company standards
Maintain organized digital files and documentation for each project
Assist in developing as-built drawings and permit submission packages
Support the design team with 3D modeling, renderings, or presentation drawings when needed
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in construction or architectural drafting, preferably in custom residential or design-build projects
Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction methods and building systems
Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills; collaborative team player
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field, preferred
