We need reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team. Willing to train motivated candidates, but we also require at least one experienced carpenter to lead tasks. Responsibilities: -Assemble and install manufactured homes (interior and exterior finishings). -Follow blueprints and ensure quality craftsmanship. -Work as a team to meet project deadlines. Requirements: -No serious, recent criminal history. (Willing to work with people who have demonstrated lifestyle changes) -Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred -Experience in carpentry or construction a plus (at least one experienced carpenter needed). -Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. -Ability to life heavy materials and work outdoors.
