Job Summary:
As a Corporate Account Project Manager you will oversee customer projects and ensure successful completion through proactive communication, coordination, and problem-solving. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, and managing any necessary changes or delays. Additionally, the role provides support for the sales team by suggesting solutions, assisting with quotes and contracts, and coordinating with other departments on non-core sales opportunities.
Job Duties:
Project Account Management - Corporate Accounts
Track Customer project and development pipeline
Ensure coordination of all Regional Teams related to multi-regional projects
Develop processes with internal stakeholders for each account.
Technical reviews of Tunnel Builder Quotes against site survey and NCS design drawings.
Review/Approve Order Entry confirmations to Tunnel Builder Quotes.
Report variances to CAM, OE, and Sales Coordinators to resolve
Review of NCS Go/No Go and Ship Dates to ensure alignment with customer expectation
Ensure PM's conduct meetings with Client 3 weeks out from project start to talk over scope of work, security and safety details during project duration
Stay apprised of GC construction schedules and construction progress and communicate any concern or changes to appropriate parties.
Ensure key construction meetings with GC are attended by appropriate NCS representatives
Client/NCS liaison once Installation begins
Oversee PMs & IMs ensuring Procore processes are followed & executed timely
Oversight of process to ensure all NCS parties execute to Client satisfaction
Answers to Ownership installation questions as required
Takes lead role in communication and driving recovery if there's delays on GC or NCS to keep project on schedule
Support Change Order Management
Works with CAMs, Sales Coordinators, and Client to process change orders related to equipment or installation
Sales Support - Corporate Accounts
Support Corporate Sales (CAM)
Suggest NCS solutions to Client issues.
Support quoting, and contract generation for smaller After Market opportunities
Track Customer Development Pipeline and Provide Sales with Updates
Provide Sales Team, Executive Team, and Support Staff with information and gain knowledge relating to opportunity and risk
Coordinate with NCS internal business partners related to non-core sales opportunities
Support AM and Parts sales
Main contact for Client requests for large component and reloads projects.
Smaller components or repairs to be coordinated through Operations Directors
Initiate drawing requests and site survey requests for MSA contract negotiations
Project specific surveys and drawings will be requested by the regional team
Document Management - updated Sales Contract + Drawings compiled for sending to the Client (via Sales Coordinators) for review and approval
Work with NCS Sales Support for Sales Contract/Tunnel Builder creation for requested equipment, this may include various contacts with TSS, VacuTech, PurClean, Shadow, etc.
Change Order Management - working with CAMs, Sales Coordinators and Client to process change orders related to equipment or installation if such issues arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of construction preferred
- Must be willing to travel on an irregular basis, as needed
- Experience scheduling and supervising company installers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read equipment drawings and print sets to guide installers and subcontractors
- Success in working with 3rd party vendors to coordinate order and delivery of needed components
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and project management software
- Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheet's is preferred
- Proven track record of effectively communicating with and interacting with customers, trades, employee installation technicians and sales agents
- Ability to manage, as well as inspect the quality of the jobs performed by subcontractors and employee installation technicians and hold them accountable
- Strong time management skills, along with multi-tasking, prioritizing and problem-solving capabilities
- Deliver great customer service and high-quality installations
- For qualifications to drive a company vehicle:
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations within the past 5 years; no preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 years
- No impaired driving convictions, pending charges, or test refusals within the past 5 years
Physical Requirements:
- Must stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
- Required to stand for prolonged periods
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs. is required, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 75lbs., preferred
