Responsibilities
This role is a mix of relationship building, strategic sales, and industry engagement. You'll be the connector between our internal teams and the broader market, which will help us grow with purpose and serve our clients better.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Collaborate with operations teams to exceed client expectations and uncover new work
Lead proposal efforts and support pursuit strategy, including client interviews/presentations
Stay in tune with market trends.
Represent Wilhelm at industry events, conferences, and association meetings
Maintain and organize opportunities in our CRM system

What it takes
Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Business, or similar)
6-10 years of experience in construction or commercial real estate
At least 3 years in a business development or client-facing role
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key decision-makers, supported by strong presentation and communication skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional, solutions-oriented approach.
Work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams; confidently interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
