Are you a skilled forklift operator who values safety, teamwork, and efficiency? We're looking for a Forklift Operator to join our dynamic 2nd shift team and help keep our operations running smoothly and safely.

Your Impact in This Role

As a Forklift, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections and report any maintenance needs.

Load and unload materials from trucks and move them to designated areas.

Track and report load counts by material type.

Support plant maintenance and repair activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following.

Forklift*

Electric Pallet Jack*

Hand Operated Pallet Jack*

Other heavy machinery as required*

Glass processing knowledge, preferred.

*The ability to complete additional on-site training will be required before these vehicles can be used at an SMI facility.
