MIG WELDER & FITTERMonday - Friday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm $30.00 - $35.00 per hour ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSRead and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine welding requirementsMIG and TIG weld steel and stainless steel components as specifiedSet up welding cells for production runsFollow and help maintain Welding Procedure SpecificationsOperate welding and production machinery as requiredAssemble components and prepare final products for shipmentInspect welds and ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaAdhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policiesWork efficiently as part of a team to meet production goalsLift and move materials manually or using hoistsUphold all ISO and OSHA standards related to welding JOB REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or GED required; welding certifications preferredMinimum 2 years' experience in MIG welding (TIG, Stick, and Flux Core a plus)Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawingsStrong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and materialsAble to operate and maintain welding equipment safely and effectivelyExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift heavy materials and work on feet for extended periodsComfortable working independently or as part of a fast-paced teamWillingness to work outdoors, at heights, or in confined spaces as neededAvailability to work overtime, weekends, or on-call shifts when required
