We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Contracts Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing contract management on construction sites, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate project success.

• Proven experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of legal requirements and compliance related to construction contracts.
• Understands the RFP and contracting process in general
• Strong experience in Ariba
• Excellent in stakeholder Management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience with project management software.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
• Certification in contract management or related field.

• Manage and oversee the contract process from initiation to execution.
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure contract terms are met.
• Resolve any contract-related issues promptly and efficiently.
