Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated SR. Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects, ensuring successful contract reviews, scope of work management, and the cultivation and selection of subcontractors. This role involves running various meetings, enforcing policies on job sites, and mentoring assistant project managers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough contract reviews.
  • Manage and oversee the scope of work for each project.
  • Cultivate, review, and select subcontractors for each project.
  • Run internal and external meetings, including foreman and municipal meetings.
  • Enforce company policies on job sites.
  • Mentor and direct assistant project managers.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of project management experience with projects over $5 million.
  • Proficiency in Procore software.
  • Strong skills in document control, design, and estimation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with joint venture billing.
  • Experience managing projects over $15 million.

Work Environment

This role requires working on project sites or in the office, specifically for school projects, which necessitates on-site presence for the next 2+ years in Bristol, CT. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $62.50/hr.
