Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing contract documents and scope of work
- Track and support RFIs, submittals, and procurement processes
- Participate in design reviews and client implementation activities
- Coordinate survey and layout efforts with the Superintendent
- Collaborate with internal tech teams to ensure jobsite tech readiness
- Monitor project schedules and budgets; assist in risk mitigation
- Prepare reports on cost tracking, schedule updates, and safety
- Maintain control of project documentation and close-out materials
- Review shop drawings and samples for accuracy
- Help enforce jobsite safety and quality standards
- Support bid review and procurement alongside the PM
- Track change orders and assist with cost reporting
- Attend meetings, track open items, and follow up on deliverables
What Were Looking For
- Required :
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
- 25 years of construction experience (aviation experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, drawings, and construction standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore or similar software preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- OSHA Certification
- Preferred:
- Experience with aviation projects
- Familiarity with PANYNJ procedures
- Design-build project experience
- Cost control and reporting experience
