Job Title: AutoCAD Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CAD software to create detailed designs for manufacturing facilities. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed CAD drawings and designs for various construction projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop design specifications.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate models.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on improvements.
Essential Skills
- 3-5 years experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software.
- Strong design skills with an understanding of construction processes.
- Experience in 3D modeling of structures and equipment systems.
- Experience with detailing of steel structures.
- Experience with shop fabrication drawings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in 3D modeling of structures and equipment systems including Mezzanines, structural components, grain elevators, bins, conveyors.
Work Environment
The position involves an 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday. The work environment is collaborative and team-oriented, requiring the use of technologies such as AutoCAD and Revit. Employees are expected to maintain professionalism in attire and conduct while working in a facility that supports growth and innovation.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
