Laborer for General contractor

Growing construction company looking for more help, some experience helpful but not necessary for the right candidate.
We offer holiday pay, performance bonuses and benefits packages. Benefits packages require a 6 month tenure due to this being an entry level position.
Job duties include cleaning, Moving materials and assisting carpenters as needed. Working off of ladders and high up is part of the job, lifting 50+ lbs frequently is part of the job. We work outside when its cold if needed.
All of our current carpenters started as laborers and moved up in both pay and position, there is opportunity to do the same.
