Press Brake Machine Operator

Pay: $25/hour
Shift: 1 st Shift Monday Thursday 4am-2:30pm | 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 2:30-1:00am
Location: On-Site, Gilbert, AZ

We are seeking highly skilled CNC Brake Press Operators for a short-term, 1-month assignment . This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment with competitive hourly pay.

• Operate and program CNC Brake Press machines (ACCU, Safan, Turret, Plasma)

• Fabricate sheet metal parts and assemblies as per blueprints and schematics

• Set up, adjust, and maintain press brake machinery

• Conduct visual inspections and ensure quality standards are met

• Follow all safety protocols and PPE guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized work area

• Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors

• 3+ years of experience operating CNC Brake Press or related machinery

• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Comfortable lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods

• Forklift/overhead crane experience a plus (if trained and authorized)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

This is a temporary opportunity with a fixed assignment length of 1 month . Candidates must be available to start immediately and complete the full term of the assignment.
