Position Summary:
Were looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to take charge on-site, ensure work meets high standards, and guide a small team through all phases of construction. Youll be hands-on, managing tasks from framing to finish work, reading plans, communicating with clients, and working closely with others on our crew.

Responsibilities:

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specs
Lead and supervise carpenters and laborers on-site
Perform rough and finish carpentry (framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, etc.)
Maintain a safe and clean job site
Coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors as needed
Ensure timelines and quality standards are met
Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and supervisors

Requirements:

Proficiency in all aspects of residential construction
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and building codes
Ability to manage time, team, and resources efficiently
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Own tools preferred

Preferred:

Experience in custom builds or renovations
OSHA certification or safety training (a plus)
