Caroenter/Handyman

We are preparing our home in Hawaii Kai for sale (it's vacant) and are looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to complete a final punch list of repairs and touch-ups.

Scope of Work:
Remove and replace 3 doors (including hinges and hardware), and install 1 new bi-fold door
Paint all new doors (paint provided)
Paint 2 closet interiors
Install two 4"x4"x3' posts on the lanai to fill existing holes and paint the new posts (paint provided)
Patch a hole in the bathroom wall and cover with approx. 3 feet of baseboard

Install new grout along the tub
Remove 2 ceiling fans and install 1 new ceiling fan
Polish all floors and remove any stains
Pick up materials from Home Depot (we will provide a list)

Experience with finish carpentry and general handyman work

Able to start promptly and complete in a timely manner

References appreciated
