General Laborer**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team working across various divisions including Commercial Air Vapor Barrier, Commercial Hot Applied, Commercial Traffic Coatings, and Commercial Insulators. As a General Laborer, you will be actively involved in construction labor work, assisting with demo, and transporting materials. This role demands strong physical capabilities, as you will be regularly lifting items weighing up to 70 pounds and utilizing both hand and power tools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with construction labor tasks including demo and material transportation.
+ Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
+ Engage in physically demanding work that requires regular lifting of heavy objects.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven ability to read a tape measure.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Minimum of 2 years of construction experience with the ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with epoxy and concrete.
+ Good attendance and punctuality verified through references.
+ Pass a 4-panel drug test.

You will be working on commercial construction jobsites, spending 100% of the time outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions. The workday begins at 6:45 am and ends at 5 pm, starting at the company shop and commuting to jobsites in a company truck. Team sizes range from 1 to 3 people. The dress code requires leather boots, high visibility shirts, and a hard hat, with jeans permitted (no shorts). Required tools include a 28 oz. hammer, 25 tape measure, utility knife with extra blades, chalk line with extra chalk, two sizes of Phillips screwdrivers, two sizes of crescent wrenches, and a nail pouch with a hammer holder. PPE consists of a hard hat, safety glasses, and a high visibility vest/shirt.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
