Plumber Pay - 25-35/hr Job Description Join a dynamic and skilled team in creating large custom modular buildings, including schools, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and offices. As a plumber, you will contribute to the construction and assembly of these structures by installing various plumbing systems and fixtures. This is an opportunity to work on innovative and large-scale projects. Responsibilities Follow blueprints to install PVC, PEX, Copper, and Cast iron pipe. Run hangers for pipe installation. Work on mains, drains, and install fixtures and finishes. Collaborate with electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers to ensure successful project completion. Essential Skills Proficiency in plumbing and pipefitting. Experience with PVC, PEX, Copper, and Cast iron. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience in commercial construction and large-scale projects. Skill in installing fixtures and hanging pipes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical installations. Residential plumbing experience is also acceptable. Use of hand tools required. Work Environment Work takes place on-site, either inside a hanger or in the yard once the building is roughed in. Some travel may be required to project finish locations to assemble structures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
