- Monitor production, schedule, and performance.
- Assist with coordination aspects as directed by the Project Manager.
- Conduct safety audits and support contractor quality control and safety at construction locations.
- Ensure contractors complete work on schedule while addressing warranty issues.
- Communicate daily status of current projects to Project Manager.
- Maintain 100% safety standards and accountability in all mandatory/regulatory requirements.
- Take necessary action when behaviors or conditions are unsafe.
- Report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, and issues promptly.
- Certify that all submittals comply with contract requirements.
- Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance for each construction process.
- Review catalog cuts and material submittals for compliance with plans and specifications.
- Ensure effective and timely preventive and corrective actions are taken to minimize recurrence of problems.
- Concrete construction experience.
- Industrial/commercial project experience.
- 7+ years of superintendent experience, including 2+ years as a superintendent.
- Experience in construction supervision and management.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
