You'll be working primarily on flat roof installations, including specialized setups like water tanks with perimeter handrails. Responsibilities Assist with solar panel installation (electrical and mechanical components) Work on flat roof systems, including those with safety railings Support setup, assembly, and general labor throughout the installation process Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean work areas About the Company We are a trusted contractor specializing in electrical, energy, and roofing solutions for commercial clients across California. Required Skills General labor and construction experience Comfortable working at heights (all roof work is flat) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment Preferred Skills Previous experience with solar installations Familiarity with hand and power tools OSHA safety awareness Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
