Project Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Architect with over seven years of expertise in the architecture field. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and have extensive experience in construction documents and administration, specifically in exterior architectural design for commercial construction projects. This role involves interacting with clients and managing a production team, along with making necessary edits to drawings.

Responsibilities

• Utilize proficiency in Revit to produce detailed architectural designs.
• Create and oversee construction documents and administration processes.
• Engage in exterior architectural design, focusing on commercial construction projects.
• Interact effectively with clients to ensure their architectural needs are met.
• Manage and guide the production team, ensuring high-quality outputs and accurate drawing edits.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the architecture field.
• Proficiency in Revit and structural detailing.
• Expertise in construction documents and administration.
• Experience in commercial construction projects.
• Ability to interact with clients professionally.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Must be a Registered Architect or obtain registration within the first 6-12 months.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural design principles.

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $52.00/hr.
