What You'll Do

As our Safety Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for all things safety-ensuring our job sites are compliant, efficient, and above all, safe. You'll:

  • Take ownership of safety programs and drive continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with Project Executives, Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen to embed safety into every phase of construction.
  • Identify and mitigate hazards through training, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Mentor field crews and build strong relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Partner with the Safety Team to develop and refine programs that raise the bar for safety performance.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in construction safety, including 5 years managing safety processes and 3 years of fieldwork.
  • OSHA 500 or 502 certification.
  • Current First Aid/CPR/BBP and AED training (within the last 2 years).
  • A deep understanding of safety and environmental principles.
  • ASP or CSP certification (or a plan to obtain it within 2 years).
  • A proven ability to identify risks and lead the implementation of effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial construction, project management, and estimation.
  • Familiarity with subcontractor coordination and large-scale or complex projects (data centers a plus).

Work Environment

You'll operate in a fast-paced construction setting, working closely with leadership and field teams. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, with a focus on mentoring, compliance, and continuous improvement. Expect to be a visible leader on-site, setting the tone for safety excellence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
