Skid Steer Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$22.17 /hour

Full Time work available

Weekend work required

Various shifts available (Monday through Wednesday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)

Operate skid steer and other material handling equipment to feed tires into shredders and support daily production

Perform basic preventative maintenance and safety inspections on skid steer and related equipment

Assist with light mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and support smooth operations

Work as part of a small crew, following direction and helping prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow L

Skid Steer Operator Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a skid steer or similar material handling equipment

Basic understanding of mechanical systems and preventative maintenance practices (a plus)

Familiarity with industrial equipment such as conveyors and shredders (preferred but not required)

Prior experience leading or assisting a small crew is a strong plus

Comfortable working in an industrial or outdoor plant environment

Applicant may be subject to a background check
