Our team includes Professional Engineers, Geologists, Professional Land Surveyors, Licensed Site Professionals, Environmental Technicians, and a strong professional support staff. We are dedicated to delivering practical, cost-effective solutions that are in harmony with the unique environmental demands of our region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop site layout, grading, utility, stormwater, and erosion control plans using Civil 3D.
Prepare design documents, engineering calculations, technical reports, and permit applications.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other disciplines to meet design objectives and deadlines.
Assist with permitting at local, state, and federal levels (e.g., MassDEP, Conservation Commissions).
Support construction administration including RFIs, site inspections, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related field.
2-6 years of relevant civil/site design experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
Strong understanding of stormwater design, grading, and utility layout.
EIT certification preferred (PE track encouraged).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
