Hiring for a Machine Operator on 1ST Shift pay is up to $24/HR**
**Job Description**
This role involves machining friction surfaces for clutches, brake magnets, and rotors. You will be responsible for inspecting parts after they are machined, engaging in general assembly, setting up sheets, and accurately reading blueprints. Additionally, you will cut semi-finished parts and measure them for accuracy. Experience using calipers and micrometers is essential.
**Responsibilities**

+ Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers.
+ Experience in machine operation and general assembly.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanically inclined individual with experience working with hand and power tools.
+ Proficient use of an iPad.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Ability to perform visual inspections and complete documentation.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds.
+ 6+ months of blueprint reading and part inspection experience.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
