As a Fabrication Machine Operator, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the production of custom trailers. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Fabrication Machine Operator

**Pay Range:** $22.00 per hour with a shift premium of $2.00 - $4.00
**Shift:** Full Time
**What's the Job?**
+ Prepare and process parts prior to assembly by studying blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
+ Set up machines for production by positioning and securing dies, stops, guides, and turntables.
+ Produce parts by locating and marking reference points on workpieces and operating equipment.
+ Maintain specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions, and inspecting parts.
+ Ensure a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Basic understanding of shop math.
+ Ability to read blueprints and follow procedures.
+ Attention to quality and pride in workmanship.
