Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate parts as needed.
• Maintain equipment by performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting as required.

• Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of hazards.

Requirements

• Previous experience working outside and in heavy construction preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Experience operating construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
