- Manage the design of the Enterprise voice, video, data communication systems and services including telephony, desktop & softphones.
- Develop and design VISIO or CAD type engineering drawings and technical specifications with custom configuration to meet the NG9-1-1 needs.
- Plan and coordinate the design of all unified communications system hardware and software to perform to predefined specifications.
- Manage the schedule and validation of the systems for functionality and performance, fault tolerance and operational readiness.
- 8+ yrs experience project managing Networks, telephony, call handling, and functional understanding of routing protocols and data delivery techniques Mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of experience overseeing medium to large scale projects. Mandatory Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio. Mandatory
- Project Management experience including project planning, scheduling with significant project dependencies and managing third party service providers. Mandatory
- Selected candidate must report on site at 2MTC, Brooklyn, NY as requested; this is not a remote position.
- Solid technical experience in a large-scale enterprise environment for Emergency Services.
