Ciuffo Cabinetry, a premier custom cabinetry firm with a legacy of fine craftsmanship, is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to join our team. This is a full-time position based in our manufacturing facility, ideal for a highly skilled leader with a strong background in woodworking and production oversight.
Position Overview
The Shop Foreman will play a critical leadership role in our manufacturing facility, overseeing all aspects of daily production. This position includes managing a large team of craftsmen, coordinating workflow, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that all custom millwork is fabricated according to design specifications and within project timelines. Our ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on leader with woodworking expertise and a sharp eye for detail, capable of driving efficiency while upholding Ciuffo Cabinetrys high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily shop operations and production workflow.
Provide leadership and direction to shop staff.
Ensure quality control throughout all phases of fabrication.
Interpret production drawings.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and installers to align on timelines and priorities.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper use of materials.
Submit daily reports and communicate progress to project managers and the Executive Team.
Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized shop environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
Supervisory experience in a production or shop setting.
Woodworking/millwork experience.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
High level of attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
Must be reliable, organized, and proactive.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
