Your Role: Maintenance MechanicAs a Maintenance Mechanic, youll play a key role in keeping our production equipment running smoothly and safely. Youll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery such as pumps, extruders, and pelletizers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Schedule & Pay- 2nd Shift : MondayFriday, 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
- 40 hours/week + overtime as needed
- Pay : $25.00$30.00/hour (based on experience) + shift differential

- Inspect and maintain machinery and moving equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Perform daily plant inspections and log maintenance activities
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and hazards are reported
Requirements
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 35 years of industrial mechanic experience preferred
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Willingness to work occasional overtime
- Previous mechanic and manufacturing experience
- Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Welding, cutting, and fabrication abilities
