Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction, particularly interior renovation, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in estimating and project management for projects ranging from $50,000 to $1 million. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the project management team and work directly with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to develop competitive bids for new business.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
• Manage the bidding process and ensure compliance with building permits and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project success.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as an estimator in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and project scheduling.
• Experience with project sizes ranging from $50,000 to $1 million.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating and bidding processes.
• Familiarity with estimating software and construction management tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in interior renovation projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, pricing, and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with Sage software is a plus.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86/hr.
