- Plan, coordinate, and manage capital projects from initiation through completion.
- Oversee the purchasing and installation of mechanical and electrical systems including insulators, piping, boilers, and related infrastructure.
- Interpret and execute project scopes of work, ensuring all engineering tasks are clearly defined and completed accurately.
- Manage external contractors and vendors, ensuring work is performed to specification, on schedule, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering codes, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, operations, and procurement.

The work environment includes a Monday to Friday schedule, with first shift hours. The position is based in a chemical manufacturing facility, providing an opportunity to work on large capital projects for a well-known company in the central Kentucky area.
