HIRING IMMEDIATELY For a SKILLED Laborer (South of The Grand Canyon | NE of Valle)

STARTING @ $20 per hour / paid weekly

***I PREFER someone LOCAL from Valle, Or a Nomad!***

Approximately 24 hrs(+/-) Approximately 4(+/-) days a week, 6 hours per day. We are currently starting at 5:30am. I am flexible and I am looking for someone who is FLEXIBLE as well!!

I am selling my Off Grid 43 acre Homestead south of the Gorgeous Grand Canyon, 9 miles NE of Valle!
I also own a property closer to Williams, where we are moving most of my stuff too. It is located 13 miles north of the I-40, and 2 miles off of Hwy 64.

I am looking for someone with Basic Skills and PROVEN Experience in:

-CHAINSAW (MUST know how to properly; run one, work on it, clean it, and correctly sharpen it too, TOTAL care in other words)1
-Basic Carpentry
-Solar and Electrical
-Plumbing and Rain Catchment
-ARC Welding
-Painting
-Mechanical (small and large engines, such as chipper and generators, and my vehicles)
-Experience moving (packing and unpacking moving trucks and trailers)

I have solar here, generators, water catchment, his/hers composting toilet, and an outdoor shower.

YOU:
MUST HAVE: Your OWN WORKING Cell Phone (Verizon is the best out here)
MUST HAVE: Your OWN vehicle. We're off grid and 4 miles down an unmaintained dirt road. Cars and RV's can make it if you
know how to drive off road.
MUST HAVE: Excellent Organizational and Communicational Skills!

YOU MUST: Take pride in your work, and pay attention to details!

MUST: Pass a background test (no theft, heavy drugs, or violence (if over 10 years old might be accepted))

MUST BE: Trustworthy, dependable, and honest
MUST BE: A team player and able to work independently
MUST BE: In VERY good physical condition
MUST BE: Able to lift 50+lbs (feed mostly)!

We are at 6200' elevation. Right now the average temperatures are in the 80's in the daytime, and the 60's at night. If you want to get a better idea of the current weather conditions, check out Valle, AZ. weather conditions, although we are 200' higher than Valle.

The National Forest is not to far from us where you can camp for free if you'd like.
State Trust Land is next door, however they do charge a fee for their permit

I do have RV/Camper spots onsite if you would prefer, however I do require a $75 deposit paid upfront for the site, which is totally refundable when you leave as lone as the site is how you found it! We only allow a Limited number of pets at our camping spots (limited total on property). ALL RV's and Campers MUST be Self-Contained, however we do allow tent camping!

(This Job turns into a 1099 position if your pay reaches $600 in wages or more) So if you don't want to work for a 1099 position then I can only offer you 29.75 hours of work for the remainder of this year, and the same for next year. PLEASE let me know if that's the case!
